Why Linda Hamilton?
Have you seen Terminator 2?
Linda Hamilton looked positively amazing in that movie. In the first Terminator, she was soft and feminine and I guess I see myself as that very soft type right now. (Albeit with quite a few more pounds than she’s ever seen in her life!)
I used to be a hardbody, back before I had my children. I slimmed down to 170 prior to having each of my kids. It took me two years after the first to finally do it but I did. Now, on the verge of my youngest’s first birthday, I think it is really time to start focusing on getting back to the hardbody I really loved walking around in.
I’m setting Linda Hamilton’s physique (circa T2) as my goal. She was 5’5” and weighed 112. I am 5’10” and would look terribly emaciated at 112 so I will set a more realistic weight goal.
