That looks like it is not only nonfat but also very low in carbohydrates.  A low/no carbohydrate diet is extremely effective in the short term but It sure can make a person mean.  I’ve tried it before and it isn’t pretty.  In fact, Sarah Connor’s ability to appear so mean in T2 just might have been because of the low carb diet!  I’ll have to explore my diet options in this area and see what I can live with – without killing anyone.
