Everybody has to start somewhere: Where I am
I really don’t like sharing this information but I suppose that is what will make this journey interesting. I weigh 214 pounds and have 40% bodyfat. That means only 128.4 pounds is lean body mass (muscle and bone). That’s a lot of extra fat to be carrying around.
As I’ve mentioned, my particular situation will not allow for the hiring of a trainer, nanny or personal chef. That means I’ll have to be particularly disciplined and consistent in my approach, continue to manage my household and care for my children and do all my own food shopping and preparation. We’ll discuss these handicaps later.
