My Specific Goals
My goal is to go from 214 pounds of total weight, with forty percent bodyfat (85 pounds of fat) to 170 pounds of total weight with twenty percent bodyfat (34 pounds of fat).
That means I’ll have to lose a total of 44 pounds while maintaining the muscle I do have and gaining 7 more pounds of muscle.
I’ll have to keep protein needs in mind when planning my diet so that I don’t lose muscle. I’ll also have to plan my workouts in order to actually gain muscle mass.
