You can’t make this sort of physical change without the use of supplements.  My diet will be fairly restricted so a multivitamin and mineral supplement will be a must.  I’ll be using Universal Animal Paks once daily.

While Animal Paks do contain healthy fats, I’ll also be taking additional fish and flax oils as well.

Keeping my energy level up will be a necessity as well.  I plan to take an ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin stack twice daily.  While this can’t be found in your neighborhood GNC and some people are opposed to it, I’ve used it comfortably and without nasty side effects in the past and am comfortable doing so again.
