Asset: Baby
Yes, I can find a way to see the baby as an asset too.
He weighs about 25 pounds so I can always strap him too me and walk up and down the stairs for a workout.
I can use him as extra weight for squats and lunges too.
A baby on my knee could make for a good calf raise exercise.
Putting him in a baby carrier and curling him could be a good arm workout too.
Wearing him in a harness and just walking laps around the house could be a good walking workout.
As the weather improves, I can put him in a stroller and go running with him.
The key here will definitely be creativity.
