Asset: Preschooler
Just like the baby, the preschooler can be an asset too.
He weighs 50 pounds so he can add a good bit of weight to a workout. Piggy-back rides up and down the stairs could be an excellent leg workout. Just piggy-backing around the house at a good clip could be a great workout.
I can use him for additional weight in donkey calf raises, lunges, squats, leg presses and calf raises.
Like the baby, creativity is going to be key here in involving the preschooler safely and in a manner in which he’ll participate without undue stress or tantrums.
