Day #1 Begins
I took a few minutes last night to plan my attack on today. I have a list of five tasks to accomplish toward my goal, two things to do for other people today, a list of my meals for today and a plan to bike for two hours.
I took my starting measurements this morning. There is a lot of room for improvement!
Bust: 43 inches (Goal 38)
Waist: 39 inches (Goal 28)
Hips: 48 inches (Goal 38)
Calf: 16 inches
Thigh: 24 inches
Bicep: 14 inches
Weight: 214 inches (Goal 170)
Bodyfat: 42% (Goal 20%)
Today is a high carbohydrate day. I’ll be consuming 75 grams of carbohydrates and 150 grams of protein. My plan is to do this over the course of six meals/snacks.
