Handicap: Training at Home
I don’t have access to thousands of dollars worth of free weights, weight machines and aerobic machines. I also don’t have access to a personal trainer.
My hope is that be staying realistic in my expectations and making use of all the assets I do have at home, I can provided myself with challenging and productive workout material.
As I’ve mentioned before, I’m not doing this in a vacuum and there will be distractions at home but if I plan ahead, I may just be able to work around them.
On the upside, I don’t have to feel self-conscious about how silly I look during my workouts!
